Remove stove 1987 Cat 30

Hello all-
My new to me 1987 Cat 30 is filthy behind and around the stove. Can anyone give me tips on removing the stove?

If it's gimballed, you have to disconnect the fuel source line (LPG or CNG), unless its alcohol (maybe that, too) and lift it out of the gimbal holders.
