I think this engine is seized. its been sitting for unknown number of years and looks neglected. so im soaking in marvel mystery oil as suggested in my other thread. Now im trying to remove the injectors and i have everything disassembled--the fuel line, and the keeper on top thats held in by the 2 nuts. now the injectors wont budge. Is there something else i need to wrench on? or are they rusted in place! i cant get a turn on the crankshaft. i tried tapping the injectors w a rubber mallet and they still wont come out. how about pb blaster or something?

At the least it is going to need to be honed out and new rings installed. So you may as well remove the head. Then you can work on the injectors in the garage. I am surprised that an H40 has the 3QM30. The Cherubinis had already gone to the 'GM' series by '83 or '84 I think.

With stuck, bolts, pipes etc. try to tighten the injector before trying to back it out. Many times this will free up stuck threads.
