Removal Sliding Mirrors

Hi all. Can anyone give tips on removal of the glass mirrors located in the head of a C310 ?. I thought you would be able to simply lift them out of there tracks . This is not the case in my yacht.

raise the rear mirror first and push the bottom edge to the rear of the cabinet and let it drop down...... then do the same again with the front one ......reverse to install

On ours we have drop down doors with the mirror in the door. Haul #44

do you have the side sliding kind in the plastic track ...i should have asked that before
