Removal of aEricson32 Genoa Track

I have an Ericson32 and I want to reseal and paint my deck this summer. I can't find tha nuts to remove the Genoa track. Are they set in the fiberglass? Also the wood railing on the cabin. where are the nuts. Thank you, Paul
