you can shut the refrig off for the night, it should keep everthing cold overnight (8 hours) and then turn it back on when you get up. You could also wire a switch to the fan to shut it off but keep the condensor running but I think this will lead to warm and cold spots in the refrig and could possoble lead to the unit "freezeing" up. Just shut it off BUT remember to turn it on when you get up!
