I'm considering buying a Hunter 37 cutter and I'm a live-aboard boater. The biggest drawback that I'm encountering is the small refigeration space and it appears too small to add a freezer as well. I'm looking for information from anybody who has solved this problem.

Do you bake?

The previous owner of my H37C removed the Kenyon stove and installed a dorm size refrigerator. This is 110AC only but you can buy one that is 12V or that is both. Mine has a small freezer. Then I have a two burner stove mounted over it. No oven of course. My icebox has A/B refrigeration. The evaporator sits back on the shelf and has a door so it is also a freezer. The box requires some additional top insulation glued inside to be more efficient. Then there is Gene Greunder's way, see Related Link. He rebuilt the galley.
