Refrigeration for a Catalina 28 icebopx

Is it possible to put a refrigeration/freezer unit in the icebox of a Catalina 28? If so what would you recommend? Any help on this topic would be appreciated.

Dry Storage

I have a 27 and the icebox is a major joke. No insulation and most of it requires being a contortionist to access. I finally gave up and now use it as dry storage (pots, pans, dry goods). Got a little 12v icebox that's fantastic! It takes up more space but it was cheap and has a little convertor box so I can use 12v or 110, ice or no ice, AND you can even use it as a heat box.
