You need to decide what type of finish you want. If you want to keep the original look and feel use Interlux Interdeck . You can add a little grit and still have a nice clean finish. If you want a rough surface that will not match the original look you can use KIWI.

has anyone used Kiwi non skid just courious if they sanded first
It is not necessary to remove existing nonskid. Just follow the product instructions. Clean with degreaser type product, like simple green. Usa a stainless steel wire brush for the hard areas. Tape off area, hand sand to rough up surface, wipe down dust, finish up with tack cloth.... then start your application. Plenty of youtube stuff, plus the website has instructional vids. This product is not designed to restore existing non skid. It is an entirely new surface.

Good product but you have to follow the instructions. I did not sand but did wash and scrub with a stiff nylon brush. The stuff is very sticky and should bond well to the existing non skid as long as it is bonded well to the deck. The brush should remove any loose non-skid. Very temperature and humidity sensitive during the application. Choose a cool, cloudy day with absolutely no possibility of rain. I used 1-3/4 gallons on my 33 foot boat.

I've used Kiwi Grip on three successive Hunters and can't say that I've ever had a problem. As most have stated here follow the product direction and videos and you'll so well. Biggest thing I learned was when they say remove the tape then remove the tape don't wait for any longer than you have to. As to corner radius I found that check my tool box for a compatible socket wrench and trimming around it with an Exacto knife gave me the cleanest corners. As the instructions indicate work better with two people and I don't use the trowel method, I put it own with a paint brush and then roll it to the texture I want.
