Hey jim, when you say "Use the cleaner brightener on the wood and scrub" what do you mean by cleaner brightener, is there a certain product you are talking about that i should use to scrub and clean the boat? Hey thanks a lot jim with your help!

Teak Cleaner

I expect what Jim means is this: Teak cleaning is often done with a two-step process. 1) Use the #1 liquid teak cleaner and a stiff brush to clean the teak. Wear eye protection and gloves. Don't get it on your clothes. Actually, the grey is mold/mildew. Once cleaned & brushed and amply rinsed with water, use the #2 brightener. 2) Apply the brightener. This will bleach the teak blond. Brush and amply rinse. Repeat the two steps, if necessary, then allow to thoroughly dry. Then apply the oil as Jim states. It WILL look good. It's amazing how teak comes back.
