My 23.5 is missing the reefing hook . I looked at the one they sell here in the store . With the bends in the hook and my memory from the one on our h23 it doesn't look like it would fit thru the hole in the gooseneck . I do remember installing the one on our old boat upside down a long time agon so maybe it does .
