Standing at the Sailboat hardware board in West Marine I was spinning blocks to see how long they would spin, [an indicator of friction]. Roller bearing blocks beat straight blocks by quite a bit but I was blown away by a Ronstan swiveling block [for spinnaker pole topping lift] which spun for 40 seconds. It was like holding a gyroscope. BOUGHT IT !
