Fun things to do in the morning before the temps hit 98. I had a rebuild kit for the water pump on the SeaEra toilet that I took on the trip to the Bahamas this year but didn't swap things out until I got back.
Easiest thing was to remove the hoses, discharge hose, the bowl, unbolt the lower half and motor from the floor. Now it is very easy to remove the pump from the motor and replace the guts... Changed the joker valve also, it was 3 years old. While everything was out, I cleaned and cleaned everything in the head, walls, floor, everything....
All went back together and works....took about hour and half to complete...
This was the first rebuild on the pump.. If memory serves me, I got the SeaEra back in 1998 and was over due for a rebuild...
