A couple of suggestions
For new, you can order from Catalina, from an independent vendor by the name of Catalina Direct or from Garhauer Marine, who makes much of the hardware for current Catalinas (blocks, turning blocks, travelers, cars, etc.). Garhauer makes a great, and relatively inexpensive rigid boom vang that I can highly recommend. In addition, Minney's Yacht Surplus in Newport Beach, CA has a huge stock of used parts of all types. All of the above have websites that are pretty easy to find through a simple search.
