rebedding Genoa tracks

It looks like we will have to rebed the Genoa tracks on our 1992 Hunter 37.5. Has anyone done this and if you have, do you have any advice to share? All tips will be appreciated. Thanks, Alice

Maine sail has a great tutorial on his blog. Essentially involves using a dremel tool and thickened epoxy. His text and illustrations are very clear. Look it up on this site. It will give you the confidence to complete the job properly.

Update on this. We discovered the leak was coming from one of the large fixed plastic windows, not from the track. Fixed now.

Diagnosis is half the job done.
Search on the oday bigger boat forum and you will find some great help. I think one useful thread used the word windows.

my track was actually leaking, simply unscrewing bolts a bit of 5200 and re seating was done
