Has anyone rebbeded the bow pulpit on a C-25. No problem on the front to legs since there is an access panel in the anchor locker, no such luck on the back two legs. There is no access from below deck either. Can it be that the back two legs bolts are accually screws??

Doubt it

It's always possible but I can't believe the factory would use screws for a bow pulpit. Sounds like you might have to do some cutting to get to them. :-( LaDonna

I just did this on my C-22 this weekend

I will assume that the situation I encountered on my C-22 will be similar to that of a C-25. The bolts on the foward most legs are through-bolted and can be accessed through that panel you described in the anchor locker. The bolts in the aft legs of the bow pulpit are bolted in what seams to be a glassed-in plate. There are no nuts to access underneath. DONT cut any glass or interior panels. Just carefully remove the nuts and bolts up front and unscrew the ones in the back. Be carefull with the starbord foward most leg...it has wiring running through it fot the bow light. I used west marine silicone and it seams to do the job. Have fun!

I redid all the topside hardware. Mostly through bolted with stainless and plenty of bedding coumpound. Watch out for the ends though, they'll grab your scalp in bumpy water. I had to reinforce the forward mounts with metal backing (stainless) and a forward stem reinforcement kit. Works well with no leaks. Campy out
