I have a 86 Hunter 28.5 and want to replace the Jabsco head and hoses. The Head Mistress - Peggie Hall strongly recommends to run the discharge hose vertical high enough to be above the holding tank at all angles of heel and then loop back down to the holding tank so as to have a downhill run. Currently there is no loop in my discharge hose and it runs though the engine compartment and then behind the engine under a 2" hose and then up to the holding tank. Any ideas on how to get the hose running downhill instead of uphill?

Yes...

Find a different route for the hose, even if that means you'll have to cut a new hole in a bulkhead.
