I have a Vega with a diesel engine MD 6a, unfortunately Albin Motors do
not list spare parts of this engine.

Fortunately so far the diesel engine is running quite snugly,

Henk & Phil, I recently offered Vega owners copies of instruction and
maintenance manuals for the MD6A and the Combi because we had replaced
the engine and Combi in our Vega and, consequently, our daughter who now
owns the Vega doesn't need them. These included Volvo Penta Publication
No. 2562 MD5A Instruction Book and Volvo Penta Publication No. 3023 MD6A
Workshop Manual. I still have one copy of the Instruction Book, and it
has a diagram and list of parts but does not have parts numbers. I sent
originals of both manuals to Tom Hamill who has generously offered to
make scanned copies available to others.

Tom, would you check the Workshop Manual to see if it has parts numbers?

My husband purchased these manuals in 1992 from Dietro Kay Corporation
- headquarters in Rocky Hill, CT and branches in Bristol, Maine and
Westerly, RI. Hdqts numbers at that time were 800-243-1786 Out of State
and 800-824-9497 In State.
