Last one I did (Rotostay) I think the length of forestay was 31' 10" and 5mm
thick stainless wire. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Steve. After I posted the message I did a search of all
previous messages (doh!) and found the info I needed, so I deleted my
message ... obviously not before you read it!
Anyway, I'm looking at a Furlex model 105-11, as it's maximum
headstay length is 34' 4" on a 3/16" (5mm) wire.
