It's time to start planning the 2002 Rendezvous.
Mitzi(City Zoo) and I have been communicating,
checking dates, locations, tides, etc. We propose the
weekend of August 2,3&4, 2002, at Lopez Islander Lodge
and Marina at Fisherman's Bay on Lopez Island. The
cost is $1.00 per foot for moorage. The will let us
use the meeting/dining room off the pool for the
group's activities. Ther is a hot tub and small
swimming pool, bar, and dining room. Their web page is

Mitzi had them pencil in 10 reservations for us until
we get a response from the group.
We are planning a Viking theme and will keep everyone
posted. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Please respond asap so we can firm up reservations,
etc. Hope this weekend works for everyone.
