Hi Judy, I think we will be coming to the rendezvous this year. We just
picked up our new trailer and plan on bringing Lyric back from Mexico next
month. August would definitley be better for us too. I really want to show
other folks why we call ourselves best Vega. Walt

Hi -may be of interest if your MD6A cannot pull skin off rice pudding
- (local term of abuse for underpowered engine).

Mechanic pulled injectors for me & I brought them in to diesel
specialists (not marine engine outfit - this place mainly services heavy
goods vehicles).

Old injector nozzles (untouched for 30 years) were covered with black
tarry gunge.

Agreed to fit new nozzles and overhaul injectors.

Euro 110 later I see a big improvement - I can get over 5.5 kts at high
but not full throttle, struggled to get over 4 kts before overhaul.

I now need to watch my speed coming back to marina berth - a small price
to pay ....
