RC8D won't start/feul issue?

Hi Renault RC8D lovers!

Mine died yesterday won't restart yet/battery is fine and has diesel.

Need your tips for possible causes/fixes. Thanks!

Going to need more than won't start.
Does it crank?
If yes (assumed) then does it crank fast or slowly?

Yes it does crank fast.

What was going on when it quit? Idling, underway forward, etc? It's either fuel, air, or mechanical as you know. Mechanical is pretty unlikely unless a control cable or shut down cable is causing it. If fuel, a possible cause would be a plugged filter. When you say it has fuel, are you getting fuel to the engine or do you mean in the tank? Also, if fuel was quite low and the ship rolled, it may have just gulped air and would be in need of a bleed. I"m not familiar with the RC8D, so hopefully the experts will weigh in.
