I think the previous thread has gone to archive. After discussions between Waterway Marine with the factory in France, the brass clutch cones from the RC8D transmission are as it turns out not available. My boat yard is taking ours to a machine shop to re-groove the oil channels and make sure the surfaces (cone to gear) are properly matched.
