Raymarine chart plotter model numbers

Does anyone know the simple answer to the various Raymarine Axiom model numbers?

I am looking to buy a multifunction display and the Navpod precut to mount it. There are two different NavPods.

The first fits the Raymarine E7 & E7D. The second fits the A75/A77/ & A78.

The problem is that none of those numbers appear anywhere on any of the Raymarine products, brochures, specs, etc. At first I thought the first one is for the slightly older Raymarine 7 and the second one is for the new Axiom series, but now I'm thinking that is the reverse. I cannot figure this out! Ugh...

The E7 series is the Element 7 series.
Specifications can be found here.
Axiom is there newest series. You should contact NavPod to learn what is compatible with the Axiom series.

Those numbers are for the E Series and A series Chartplotters which are older Raymarine offerings. They are not related to the Axiom or Element MFDs.

Apparently where you are looking has a very limited offering of older NavPods.
Try www.defender.com
Defender lists many different NavPods precut for many different Chartplotters.

If you go directly to Navpod.com you can choose the electronics manufacturer, instrument and see the various pods available.

That makes sense. I am currently on the NavPod website but still having issues with model numbers. They list the Axiom+ 7, and then they list the a75, 77, and 78. I just ordered and received what is called the Axiom 7. Model number E70363. Which does that translate to on the NavPod website?
