Raw water pump seal

I recently replaced the seal in my sea water pump because it was leaking. It was leak-free for a whole weekend, and then the next time i took it out, it started leaking again. Did I do something incorrectly or do I have another problem?

Steve, Just curious, did you replace the bearings when you did the seal?? If you didn't that might be the problem. dave..............
