Before installing my new Raritan PHII toilet I decided to actually read the directions before starting -- a first for me! Anyway, they talk about the above item in glowing terms. It appears to add a bit of Raritan Concentrate everytime you pump the head, which deoderizes the bowl and lubricates internal parts. Is this worth the trouble to install?

You read the directions first??? Wow!! :)

Forget the TWK...you don't need it, and it's more trouble than it's worth even if there were any real benefit to it. Raritan Concentrate is a nasty chemical (quaternary ammonium compound) that's incompatible with non-chemical holding tank products, plus it's expensive and almost impossible to find...and the siphon check valve gets clogged up regularly.
