The PH II was first introduced in 1983...if yours was manufactured prior to 1981, it will have a chromed dry/flush valve knob on the front of the toilet pump and uses kit PHRK. (20 years is about the lifespan of a PH II, so I'd recommend replacing the pump instead rebuilding).
The first version of the PH II was manufactured 1981 - June, 1992 ...it has tified by a plastic dry/flush knob at the front of the toilet pump and a pump shaft seal held in place by a star washer-type snap ring. It uses kit PHIIRK. (Unless it's post-1990, I'd seriously consider a new pump instead.)
PH II toilets made after have a cartridge-type pump shaft seal with a hex nut at the top of the pump housing where the piston shaft goes through. This unit uses repair kit PHRKIIC. (Rebuild it).
