Raritan PH II leak

I rebuilt the the Raritan PH II a few years back and mostly it didn't get used, at least not very much, until this year. I noted a small leak coming from the discharge elbow at the back of the pump after a couple weeks. The leak got worse and I took out the old Joker valve and replaced it. The leak is just as bad and the replacement doesn't seem to have done anything. Ideas?

check and see if something is cracked maybe the flang or even the base that the flange bolts to that holds the joker valve....

If Jabsco Experience Transfers...

...it might be the flange is not seated, it's got a crack or it's warped. I know the Jabsco will leak if over-tightened. Good luck! I know how annoying that can be.

Hose misalignment is another cause.

Rick's point is well taken. The flange to the outlet hose shouldn't be tightened too much.
