Following my post last week about the design flaw with the PHII-E toilet, I want to thank Peggy for her advice and also for assisting in clearing up the problem. It turns out that my e-mail to Raritan was lost in the holiday shuffle and there-fore I did not get a reply. Well, I spoke with Vic Willman at Raritan about my problem with the PHII-E and we were able to come up with some options to my particular installation. I was very pleased with his proposal to "make things right" and there-by restoring my faith in the company. As a result I felt that I should post to this forum the fact that this is what a reputable company should do and that I have a new "warm tummy feeling" should I need assistance in the future or when considering purchasing products they manufacture for the boating industry.
