I just recently purchased a 1999 Hunter 260. It is sittting on the trailer now, and I wish to launch. Can anyone give me assistance on how to get that mast up? Thank you

Regarding stepping the mast go to the "tips" link and click on "launch checklist" button. You'll find pictures of the stepping process plus lots of tips on things to remember.
Also, don't overlook the keystone cops version. I've made every mistake you can think of... Go to: http://h260.com/checklist1/checklist_screwups.html

Sure wish we could get a hold of the video that Hunter made years ago showing how to raise the mast. I first saw it back before I got the H19 which had the same system as the H260.
Does anyone still have the video???

If the video is still available, I'd consider placing it on my website. I've been thinking about doing one, but I don't really have a good video camera.

George, I checked with Hunter and a couple of dealers. No one has the video that I talked to. People remember it. It's probably in a pile somewhere forgotten..... Shame

Hey guys, I dont have the specific video for the H260 but I have a few videos that demonstrate different mast raising systems at my website.
Check them out HERE, I like the first video, I had something simular on my old Mac 25 and it worked well.
