Perhaps if you...
...describe what you are doing so far and how far you get we could jump in at the point where you have trouble. The basic steps are:1) slide the mast back onto the crutch until the hinge pin can be inserted.2) attach the shrouds if not already.3) attach the short 6-foot mast raising bridles (from the holes in the side of mast to the eyes on stancions).4) insert pole into hole in front of mast about a foot up from the base so it's somewhere between straight up and 90 degrees to the mast itself. IE when the mast is later vertical, this pole will be angled up a bit pointing to the bow but not quite horizontal.5) attach jib halyard shackle to one loop at the end of this pole, and fasten the halyard to the cleat on the side of the mast to maintain the near-vertical position of the pole.6) attach the boom-end of the mainsheet to the other loop on the pole, and the bottom block of the mainsheet to the U-bolt in the anchor well.7) using the mainsheet, carefully pull and raise the mast while making sure the shrouds stay pointing straight up from the chainplate U-bolts. DON'T bend the turnbuckle T-bolts on the shrouds!8) when the mast is up, attach the forestay to the most forward hole in the bow plate.9) remove the short bridles before "tuning" the standing rigging as described in the manual.
