Anybody has an idea, how to stop rainwater getting in thru the Sparecraft mast? Where can the water get in? I sealed all over the deck-opening where the mast gets thru. Mike

More than likely,
the rain is coming down the slot in the mast that are for the sail lugs. It is a good size hole. The other entrances are at the top of the mast where your halyards exit the mast. I would recommend putting a Spartite seal around the mast. It will not only seal the water out, but it will ensure that the mast remains in column since it replaces the wedges. Jim
