I have a rain water leaks on my McGregor 2000, and I could not find where is coming from. I wonder if you can guide me where are the most possible path or how to find it.

Someone once suggested making a plywood etc hatch board and making a hole in it to fit a sweeper or leaf blower nozzle. This would pressurize the inside of your boat. Then spray soapy water around the topsides at suspected leaks. The bubbles will locate it for you.
Rain leaks

I had rain leaks also, I would find pudles in spots where there was nothing to leak. So before a good rain I took news paper and spred it around the interior where I suspected the water was coming from and after the rain It was easy to see that a couple of deck fiitings were dripping and running to low spots. I removed the deck fittings and re-sealed and have not had a problem since.

Maybe you should start by suspecting deck hardware and go ahead and rebed most of the hardware. If it doesn't fix the leak you still have done a valuable thing by re bedding the hardware.
Macgregor leaks
Most Macgregor leaks at the chain plate. Due to flexing, the verticle SS plate pushes the grout material aside and create a leak. The cover plate is just a cosmetic slot. You need to drill out the rivet, lift the cover and rebed the inside. You can just screw the cover back as it has no load.
The rain water will run along the side down to the bilge. It drove me nuts for two years until I use food coloring to trace it.
If you want to confirm that, just hang a large jug of water near the chain plate and punch a small hole and let it drip for hours. You can also tint the water with food coloring. It won't stain the fibre glass.

I was going to suggest food coloring too but the Canadian beat me to it. Also, when you caulk chainplates, it is good to do it after you have the rig stepped and tuned. Often the tensioning of the shrouds will pull the caulking away. So tension and then caulk for the best results.
