Rain water leak in main cabin

I purchased a second hand Benetteau Oceanis 411 last week.
Year - 2000

We stayed on the boat last night. There was a lot of rain.
We had a big leak in the main cabin on the starboard side. Several cups of water. Just behind the saloon sofa.

Any thoughts on what is the most likely issue?

Chainplate is the most likely source. Not sure on your boat but on my 423 I have a small wooden plate that exposes the chainplate. If the chainplate is leaking you'll see signs of that on the underside of the wooden plate

Yes, had this problem. Check all of your genoa track thru-bolts, especially the track-end fittings. Determine the condition of your stantion mounts and repair as necessary.
