Rain covers for windows

I installed some opening windows in my boat and they are on such an angle that when it rains I have to keep the windows closed tight .
I am looking for some outside covers that would cover the whole window yet let in some air like the side window vents on cars

The prices at first seem high, but when you compare them to RV ones and the fact they fit most boat ports they are a good deal.
