Radar Instruction Manual

Because I don't use the radar on my boat too frequently, when I do I subsequently mess up the settings when I do. I have a 1989 Raytheon R10(?). The manual doesn't explain how to fine tune the unit - only what the buttons do. I'm specifically talking about the TUNE and GAIN settings.Does anybody know a good, generic book (or web site) that would walk me through this?

Write Raytheon

Try writing Raytheon or perhaps they have a link in a web site. The best way is if you can phone a rep at Raytheon . Perhaps if you are in or near a major city, there might be a local rep.
