Any information on how to get involved in racing clubs in the Annapolis area? Have a 33.6 and spent a week racing recently with my boat and really enjoyed the experience. Would like to find out more info on clubs in the area.

How near Annapolis?

There are a variety of sailing clubs and associations that race around Annapolis. Since your 336 is not a "one design" you will be racing PHRF. There is a lot of racing in Annapolis, but I don't know who races PHRF. If you are south of A., there are Wednesday night "beer can" races in Galesville on the West River that use PHRF handicapping. I think they are sponsored by Pirates Cove Restaurant. Down on Herring Bay, the Herrington Harbor Sailing Association races on Wednesdays and has a regatta about once a month. www.hhsa.org for more info. Markdb
