racing Hunter 23 wing keel

I am in JAM races on an inland lake with staggered start based on PHRF for the hull (not the crew).I sail a 1986 Hunter 23 w/wing keel.I've had the main redone with full length battens, and added a boom vang and jib track.I would like some definitive advice on mast bend and rake and any other advice that would get me closer to the front.
