Portsmouth handicap system is an empirically based system. There is not a hard number for a particular design. Local fleets adjust rating based on results of real races. There is a list of preliminary numbers but the Hunter 26 isn't on the list I found. There could be other lists as it is a decentralized system. Here is the list:
And here is some more info on the rating system:

Yes, thanks that's what I have found. I am racing with my club and because of the rating they have given me I have to be first in every race to win.

That could be because you are racing with / against boats with the same PHRF "value", or one-design racing. Or your handicappers are very good at what they do if you are racing against other size boats.
I'm not trying to be facetious, but what I said is very possible. If, however, you are racing against a varied fleet, then it could well be that you ARE the fastest boat and they all need that handicap to beat YOU.
We need more information to help you out here.

The handicapper may be starting you with a rating favorable to the rest of the fleet since you are an unknown quantity. His role is to keep the fleet happy. So, as you don't win over time, your handicap should become more favorable to you. That is the promise of the Portsmouth system. The same boats shouldn't win every race.

Yes, I'm not asking to be favored but still can't find the rating for my Hunter26. Just to make sure that it's correct.
