We had a poorly predicted storm blow through yesterday with 90 knot winds. A couple of boats were knocked over, one was on a trailer, the other on a fixed cradle.
Dinghies that were not tied down were thrown around.
One Laser was thrown over 100 feet!
One mast was broken, this happened in the harbour which is protected by a berm with a row of large trees on it.
Our docks are in pods of 6 to 10 slips. Each of the pods remained intact but several of them moved by up to 30 feet. The C&C 115 I race on healed over so much the toe rail went under the dock and damaged the stanchions as well as the toe rail. My boat seems to have survived unscathed.
