Quick Windless

I have some issues with a seized up Quick Windlass. does anyone know who can service these? or any online info on drawings. I'm not getting any response from their web page.

I installed a Quick windlass on an O'Day 37 a few years ago. It was from an Italian company and seemed very well built. The design and operation was no different from the Lofrans that I had. I think any local boat trouble shooter can check it out and order parts if that is necessary. A common problem with all windlasses is the contactor that switches the high current dc direction to facilitate the up and down function. What specific problems are you having?
