Question on Vetus engines

Maybe more specifically for Richard Marble, or anyone else who has actually put a 16hp vetus in their boat. The engine mounts ( hydrodampers model ) don't appear to have an ability to adjust side to side for adjusting alignment. I'm just working from a brochure picture. Does anyone remember if they did have an oversized hole or slot like the Yanmar mounts? Thanks. John

Mine had a little play in it

I think what you want to do is move the motor a little to one side and use the same mounting holes that are already there? If thats correct I do remember that there was a little play but not much. If your putting it on a Hunter 27 let me know and I will explain how I did mine.
