QUESTION on First 35S5 Electrical Distribution Panel

Greetings from Puerto Rico. I own a First 1990 35S5, second owner since 1997. Excellent boat! For years I've had an intermittent issue. Power shuts down on the electrical distribution panel and later it resets itself after some time (15-30 minutes). It works well even for months, then it does it again. Yesterday it happened 3 times, on the fourth time it didn't come back. Is there a reset somewhere I don't know of? Can anyone share an electrical diagram for the power distribution? Look behind the bulkhead where the 120VAC comes in the boat. There is a small box or boxes, depending on how many 120VAC connections you have. There is a reset switch on the box. Reset it and you should be in business.

Thank you for your quick reply and advice. Actually, the issue is with the 12VDC distribution panel and not the 120VAC. Any further ideas on this?

Clean ALL battery connections with a fine sandpaper or emory board.
