Have a 410/2000, and I'm looking for a good system to deal with hauling the stern anchor and tackle aboard. Right now, I'm looking at a medium platform anchor roller mounted on top of the stern rail, that will allow the rope to feed back to one of the starboard side winches, if a little xtra help sf needed. Any ideas out there? Thanks!

We deploy our stern anchor from the second bow roller, and then make it fast to a stern cleat. By unclutching the windlass, we are able to use the rope drum to take it up, at least until we get to the chain. (I usually only use a rode with 25' of chain on the stern anchor, although I have one with 50' available as well.) We use a guardian G-37 as the stern/backup anchor on the 410. Store it belowdecks in pieces, but that's because we tend only to use a stern anchor when we've ventured down to the channel islands.
