Dave, Thanks for the response. Do you have any sugestions for size of ports (max possible I think) also there appears to be avoid between the inner liner and the outer fiberglass, does this require anything special. I haven't purchased the ports yet but if I understand correctly they have an inner and an outer section which are bolted together once the whole is cut. If these two sections are tightened might they pull the liner in to the outer fiberglass. If they are not tightened sufficiently, mighten the port leak. Thanks in advance. Any recomendations on brands or installation would be appreciated.

opening ports

Joe; What part of TN do you sail at? I was in Pidgeon Forge and Cherokee Lake last month. As for the opening ports, Hunter used the Beckson 4 X 10 part number POWSD-4. The frame is white. If you want black, specify black. You can order these through the HOW store I believe. As for the innner liner, there is a void as it is only a liner. Once you cut out for the opening port, you will know what to do as it is simple. Most folks do not like the thought of cutting into their boat but it is easy. Crazy Dave
