Dan you responded to a rudder problem sometime ago. I am trying to remove my quadrant from the rudder post. The stainless bolts are seized hard. I have tried to heat them and WD40. They will not release. You mentioned that you had to drill your bolts out. How do you do this? And how do you reattached the quadrants? Thanks Steve
