Question about water in forward bilge

I have a 1978 Chrysler 26 that I recently fully restored. The boat is on a trailer it has been in a garage since early October. It was completely dry when I put it in the garage. I just want to head and looked under an access hatch that I had on the cabin soul in the head which is just aft of the vberth. I saw about 2 cups of water in there where as it was totally dry the last time I checked it which I would guess has been a few months. I’m not sure where this water came from.
I did inject some structural foam in the around to harden up some soft spots. It really worked. But I wonder if that forced water out more so when it is cold?

Is there any old foam that may have water still in it? Could be still leaking from trapped areas.

Well since it is in a garage and on a trailer, we can rule out rain and probably condensation. You must have some pockets of trapped water someplace.

If it were me, I'd probably put a dehumidifier over the galley sink (so it could drain into the sink) and let it run for a week with the boat closed up. That would allow everything to dry out in all of the crevis and cracks

Likely water that may have been trapped in the hull stringers below the sole, it probably got dislodged with movement as the boat is boarded or walked on. There is likely more water from where that came from. 2 cups is too much to account for condensation.

I put baby powder some there to see where it may flow from. It was frozen for the most part but I was able to get it all out.
