I'm in the market as were . Colonial Beach
Here is my boat in winter storage. What a depressing sight. I am ready for spring already. I can't even do any work to my boat right now.

Sigh...

Me too, but at least it hasn't it snowed yet in the lower Chesapeake.

What is it?

I recognize the boat on a trailer but what is the white stuff you sprinkled on the boat and ground? I say my prayer this time of year and thank the good Lord for our mild winters in Texas. Now, if I could learn to do a rain dance to fill up our lake, I could sail more. Be paitient and spring will arrive.

Edmonton winter sailing

Hey RG, while you are at it, why don't you ask Him for fewer damaging storms? I really feel for you folks who experience tornados etc. We get some cold weather but we "just get used to it". Regards, from The Far North.

The winter sport of skiing, which I love to do, it still doesn't hold a candle to sailing. Here in the Great Lakes the season has been over for some weeks and I count the days till I can lay hands on my boat. For all of you southern sailors I say "good for you and enjoy your good weather", for all of us layed-up boaters; take heart and the short season is that much sweeter. Merry Christmas to all, Mike Pitterpat
