Just bought the 5 gal Sea-Land porta-pottie that can be configured to "pump" or "dump". I need to know best routing for the vent and sewage pipes and where and how to mount the pump-out fitting on deck. Thanx. alan

Lines should be as short and straight as possible
The vent thru-hull should be high enough to keep it out of the water at maximum heel...which may not be possible on your boat--in which case, put it just below the toe rail and put a clamshell cover over it. The deck pumpout fitting should be in the side deck next to the head if possible..if the side deck is wide enough...if not, run it aft to the closest place on the side that is.
