Thanks for all the replies to my search for a smaller engine than my Yamaha 9.9 four stroke 115 lb bear. It is a great motor but just to heavy, a 1987 model that still runs great. The Yam 6 modified sounds good to me but is 83 lbs...I found an old OMC Yacht twin that is 53 lbs and will be trying it. It is pull start, so I will miss my easy electric start, will report back after using a few times.. Again thanks,,what a good group! Zo
