Purifying Water Tanks

Hi Peggie,I pick up my new to me Nauticat 52 in Victoria next Tuesday where it's being delivered on a Yacht Path ship. Raven has been in Mexico for the last five years. Based on my recent trip to Puerto Vallarta for the survey and sea trial, Mexican water and my digestive system are not a match made in heaven. Raven has two water tanks with a combined capacity of 530 gallons that will be partially full of Mexican water. I'd like to replace that water with good ole Washington State tap and make sure there aren't any residual Mexican bugs lurking in the system anywhere. Gary, I'd try doing an archive search on the word

"recommissioning" since Peggie has posted this many times and it's how I find it for references for others. I'm sure it'd work for your application. I just tried it and it's the third post on the find.
